Rewrapped MTS files coming into Premiere Pro CS6 / CC with wrong framerate

Hi,

I have an issue which is quite similar to this thread :

https://divergentmedia.zendesk.com/hc/communities/public/questions/200252728-Rewrapped-M2TS-files-coming-into-Premiere-Pro-CS6-CC-with-wrong-framerate

but I couldn't find any solution. My MTS files were recorded at 25fps 1080p.
I choose rewrap (source format) and optimize for Premiere Pro.
When importing some of them (it's weird because it doesn't affect all the files) in PPCS6 or CC (MAC version and both up to date) they indicate a framerate of 12,5fps.
When I choose another output format (Apple ProRes 422 for instance) there is no problem... but the files are big ! that's why I need to rewrap.

Can you help me ?

Hmm - are you sure you're up to date on Premiere? From what we've seen, this was a Premiere bug that they fixed in later releases. So, for CC you should be on 7.2.2 (33) or later - is that true?

If you're on that release, drop us an email at support@divergentmedia.com and we can get a sample file from you to investigate further (we don't see this issue with any of our test files on current Premiere releases)

Hi,

for PPCS6 I am on 6.0.5 and for PPCC I am on 8.0.1 (21).
When I try to update both it says there is no update.
I will send you a sample this morning.

Best regards

Hi there - based on those files, it looks like you're running an old version of ClipWrap. I'll email you directly with some other info.
